Spring 2024 DLC Speculation

Wow. Definitely not the sort of pack I'd expect this late in the game's cycle, and definitely not as an animal pack either. I guess I have nothing against a farm animal pack, but some of the choices are wacky - I would say (as a British person) that four breeds of British livestock are not needed. The pig, goat and probably donkey could be different breeds, and the sheep could be replaced with something completely different, like a rabbit or duck - I'd even have taken a ferret.

Just left praying that this isn't the final pack.

Omg i just realized this. We are getting a domestics pack and it has a freaking chicken but no duck, ANOTHER pig and CAMELID but no rabbits. Lol. This makes this pack even worst

The most disgusting thing is not the DLC itself, but the timing and way it appears now.
Frontier should stabilize the expectations and anxieties of community members, rather than waiting for such a controversial DLC after almost half a year, and the animals inside are almost all clones

The Planet Zoo modding community will gladly fill in any other slots for domestic animals with the new animation sets

Even for a barnyard pack, which is waaaay down my list of wants, this is bad. Awful animal choices even within the theme. Worst case scenario realised.

I imagine the sales will be pretty big for this one. A lot of players in this forum, and an overwhelming amount out of it, have been requesting petting zoos and domestic species for a while now. I really reckon this pack will sell very well, simply for how unique it is.

The Planet Zoo: Barnyard Animal Pack will be available to purchase for £7.99 ($9.99, 9.99€) on Steam from 30th April.

We should be around 99 percent sure it's not the final DLC. Ppl stop speculating over support ending and think about summer DLC moving forward.

There are a lot of farming games, so maybe some of those users can discover Planet Zoo thanks to the new pack. I think this pack will be popular in the general public beyond "zoo nerds".

I’m loving the drama this time even though I’m not excited by farm animals.

Although unbelievably excited to have highland cows in the game. They were the most necessary domestics and represent my country beautifully

Honestly i give up speculating. I'm just resigned that i Will never get my South american animals.
