I’m gonna guess we will get one more, if not then Planet Zoo really went out with a resounding “meh” for me. I like the Eurasia pack, but the final pack should be something big and exciting.
Spring 2024 DLC Speculation

There is supposed to be 1 dlc left. But not sure about it
I yet expect to have at least 1 more dlc. I refuse to the idea of not having a dignity goodbye and just being a boring "forgive us". I don't care if it's scenery, animal or whatever the heck is. Farm, aviary, South America, Polar, I don't care. Just at least 1 good goodbye
Possibly a new dlc being released at the same time?
If the report was referring to spring dlc for 2024, and if it’s like Planet Coaster, we will get one last larger dlc. Due to its size I’m gonna guess it will come out April/ May.
Of course Frontier won’t tell us anything unless it happens or not, so who knows. They could have intended Eurasia as the final dlc, and simply won’t say anything. Or the dlc is coming out later and we will all celebrate the last dlc.
That's what I'm thinking. It's going to be a very bittersweet day for the PC PZ community!

To put it simply, my team took on 2 relatively complex projects, which almost exhausted my energy, especially in the days when the project was about to end. I didn't sleep for nearly 2 days, until 5 days ago, All the work is finally over. After taking a few days off, I started playing the game again and returned to the forums today. But I didn't expect that there would be big news.
The only thing is, for some reason unknown to me, they think that would confuse people. Or, as it is a bigger pack, they need time to develop it more.

yeah I think that's entirely possible. Not saying it is for sure, but if it's a supersized pack it's quite possible it would take a bit more time to come out. 12 animals..maybe another month? 20 animals, I wouldn't be surprised if it was June, give or take a month. If we don't see anything on the horizon, or in the steam database, in March...it's not time to panic.
They are clearly mentioned as two separate entities.
It can't be June, as June 1th is the start of FY25. It clearly states that it will be released in FY24.

I was very inactive here. So, looks like the last Pack will be on the horizo. And the console edition is here. My theorie : the last pack is going to launch on the same day as the console editio. I think this pack is going to be available for both, console and PC, this is why, this pack is not going to be part of the season pass for the console editio.

Not sure if it's a ny relevant but the clue in how many animals are gonna be added in the last one could've be found in the retail descriptions for Console Edition.
Deluxe edition says "an additional 16 species" (meaning the SE Asia and Wetlands), and the Ultimate edition says "over 80 different animal species". We got 180 species altogether now and minus the species on Zoopedia for Consoles till Deluxe...so any remaining numbers there?
That would mean content creators would need to cover both doing the same week I suppose. As I assume that is one of the cheaper ways for them to advertise these things, I don't think they would risk the big names ignoring the DLC to have time to cover the console version or the other way around.

We've had 10 scenery packs with a total of 49 species (5 in each; except Arctic which had 4). And six animal packs with a total of 52 species (8 in each; plus an additional 4 species of butterflies).
So across DLC there are 101 species. Subtracting the 8 species from Wetlands and the 8 species from the SEA pack that brings the total to 85.
I'm doing this math quickly so I may have missed something but... I think it's just because "over 80" sounds better than saying "85." It also makes it a bit less definitive (i.e., meaning they can tack on additional species from the last DLC and people won't get mad about it actually being more than 90).
