We are currently looking after four orphaned greys over the winter period in our purpose built squirrel enclosure down ta bottom o' the garden .
Wifey has named 'em Huey , Louie, Cyrila and Moanna.

Hazelnuts are essential for a squirrel.
They are wild animals so should have to deal with the laws of the wild. My neighbour will feed the birds which attracts other 'wild' animals in to domestic string. Naming wild animals is also wrong. It seems some people prefer their 'pets' to other humans.Grey squirrels are an invasive vermin species in the U.K. your doing the environment no good looking after orphaned ones

In the London parks, there used to be a lot of nut and fruit trees; but there is a section of society, that has ripped them apart, stealing the fruit etc. and so now the Squirrels have a limited supply.Saw this on Reddit, apparently squirrels are getting friendly (aka hungry) in London parks:

Friendly yes but not reckless.That said: Most park squirrels are very friendly anyway.
