Star Citizen is in early-alpha development, in early access, "playable now", with Pay2Win macro-transactions.Is the not-at-all-an-exercise-in-narcissism-website-named-after-the-company's-co-founder which claims SC to be a "playable now" game not misleading?
Should there be asterisks on the "playable* now*" line? Playable*: for certain loose definitions of playable. Now*: may or may not be now or sometime in future in the perpetual-alpha status game. What is time anyway.
Question: Have you ever played SC? Can you therefore judge on the playability of it?Ah, so you're saying CIG is guilty of false advertising. I completely agree.
CorrectStar Citizen is in early-alpha development
Yes, you have an early access to the game.in early access
Yes"playable now"
Better way to fund it?with Pay2Win macro-transactions.
it depends… how much money do you think they still need to complete it?Better way to fund it?
Nah, I don't block anyone in forums. I save that for in-game
By that logic, no game with any bugs in it is playable.
Better way to fund it?
Well, I am not Nostradamus, but i'd say atleast $300 million more for a 1.0 version.it depends… how much money do you think they still need to complete it?
I asked for a better way to fund it, please, provide an actual answer.Oh no, did CIG trip over and sell things it can't make for up to $3,000 a pop?
That's a shame.
As is you defending their utterly absurd practices. But there we go.
Yes.it depends… how much money do you think they still need to complete it?

Are bugs like that the exception or normal in SC.By that logic, no game with any bugs in it is playable.
I asked for a better way to fund it, please, provide an actual answer.
So you cannot provide an actual answer? ThanksNobody should fund endemic scope creep.
PS your gish gallop no longer merits serious answers
Although that is a serious answer.
Better way to fund it?
Normal, but the amount of games with physics bugs like this, BF4, GTA 5, just to mention a few. And they're not very rare either. Are bugs like that the exception or normal in SC.
Serious answers require serious questions. Your question cannot be taken seriously on several levels, starting from the underlying assumptions and ending with the lack of the very definition of "better". In fact, "cucumber", "absolutely" and "John Wick" are perfectly fine answers given the quality of the question. So you cannot provide an actual answer? Thanks
