Oh wow, this latest Glassdoor...

More confirmation on the low-balled wages / promotions of recent years etc.

(I'm sure I've heard whispers of the private chef thing too, but can't remember where right now)

Why do the executives need personal chefs?
Why is the company paying the rent of two executives apartments?

First depends on who is paying. If its the company, that's bad, but we can't assume that.

Second is probably part of a relocation deal. Doesn't make it right though.

That went places.

Played for 4 hrs today, doing planetary mining. Made 20,000 AUEC. The ship that allows me to do it without renting it all the time costs 2,100,000 AUEC :ROFLMAO:

Possibly lucky you made that much. Planetary mining is supposed to be 'fixed but flakey' this patch...

This is a rather common issue when servers are overloaded.
If you can physically clip through the rock as if it's a ghost, then the server and clients are not synced up properly. Best to hop around servers until you find one with fewer people.
If you can't scan the rock, but it is physically there, then some potential, but not guaranteed, fixes include:
  • Hop to a different server.
  • Point your laser away from the rock, give it a few seconds, then look back.
  • Toggle mining mode on and off again.
  • Travel beyond 2km away from the rock and then back.
  • Say flip this and find a different patch of rocks.
Surface mining has suffered quite a bit in 4.1.0, especially in Stanton (and the irony is this patch is meant to introduce more variety to mining, with new mining ships, mining suits, and mining types). Things are better in Pyro, but still subject to server performance issues during freefly.

Seems that Pyro is a touch better because the patch event is in Stanton.

Ok I know I harp on about the audio churn a lot, but in the last 12 months they've lost:

If you take out the one long-termer you get:
Tenure average: 1 year 9 months

Something def ain't right in those departments. (All UK).
