He already deployed J3PT to do crobsplaining for him, so adding another model to the mix makes sense. So, what CR needs is something similar to ChatGTP but it writes software based on what information you give it.

"...I feel like most of you never played any other games..."Crafting a multitool costs 1400% the price in stores
Not here, but in Dangerous Discussion, definitely."...I feel like most of you never played any other games..."![]()
Strangely enough, Nico is quite correct. Opening up wave 1 access to subbies was a perk...a marketing decision that has produced nothing but chaos during wave 1 testing
Did anyone else note that the idiot Roberts' apparent benchmarks in gaming were all exclusive console release titles when he uttered that ridiculous nonsense in 2018, two of them being PlayStation exclusives with The Last of Us not releasing on PC until March this year? From 2018:
“Chris Roberts: Squadron 42 Has a Level of Connection, Acting & Characterization Above God of War, RDR2, TLOU”

Chris Roberts: Squadron 42 Has a Level of Connection, Acting & Characterization Above God of War, RDR2, TLOU
Chris Roberts stated that Squadron 42 has a level of connection, acting and characterization above the likes of God of War, RDR2, TLOU.wccftech.com
The nerve. The sheer level of gratuitous pie in the sky and insulting arrogance is just mind boggling.
How much money has been extracted from backers by CIG due to the hype created by this statement and many other similar ones? How much of that has been offered for refunds by CIG after 11 years of non delivery?

Let's get real here...a game with a script written and directed by Chris Roberts will overshadow possibly the three greatest story driven experiences in an entire generation of video gaming?...
Maybe he thinks he's Neil Druckman![]()
Being such a huge fan of The Last of Us as a game...so far, the HBO series has been phenomenally good... and whilst making some (necessary) changes needed for the adaptation from game to screen, the creators have totally respected the source material. As a fan of the game... I simply can't fault it.I hear the TV adaptation of The Last of Us is getting very good reviews. Will have to give it a watch when the season is complete.
Currently up to episode 6 of Doom Patrol Season 4... with Skye Roberts!
Remember The Last of Us released in 2013 on the PS3...as far as I recall, there weren't that many zombie games or TV shows around then, certainly not to the extent of today's over saturation. There's no evil Umbrella Corporation creating the living dead, no human bio-engineered plague or virus as plot villains...just nature doing it's thingI like the show, have never played the game. It's good but I'm not sure it's as good as the hype is making it out to be. The story is pretty standard, the emotional beats are good but so are other shows. Maybe gamers just haven't watched a lot of good shows and non-gamers just can't believe a game based on a show can be good.
I could also have a bias against the zombie genre though, that's just been overcooked.
The Zombie plague (har har) started with The Walking Dead in 2010. It was the success of that that brought the flood. Yes, the fungus angle is one of the reasons I am able to tolerate it same as I did for The Girl with All the Gifts. Whether they are science zombies or supernatural zombies doesn't make a difference to me since I have seen them all. Fungus is one of the more novel ones.Remember The Last of Us released in 2013 on the PS3...as far as I recall, there weren't that many zombie games or TV shows around then, certainly not to the extent of today's over saturation. Saying that, neither the game nor the TV show are about zombies...the decimation of humanity is only an incidental backdrop to the story...and the 'zombies' aren't the re-animated dead as commonly depicted in the zombie style games or TV shows.
The zombie things are live humans being infected by a mutated or further evolved cordyceps fungus, which for the moment, thankfully only uses insects as hosts...The science behind that particular mycelial fungus evolving or mutating to infect human hosts due in part to global warming (and the effect on humanity should it do so) is sound and believable, currently...we're too warm![]()

I am holding on watching the series until after I finish the upcoming PC version...Being such a huge fan of The Last of Us as a game...so far, the HBO series has been phenomenally good... and whilst making some (necessary) changes needed for the adaptation from game to screen, the creators have totally respected the source material. I'd be interested to hear first hand how someone who hasn't played the game views the TV series going in blind...strangely enough, I don't know anyone personally who hasn't played the game and loved it...neither do any of those I know who've played the game not love the TV series so far...it seems to have broken the game to screen adaptation curse going by the media reviews I've read. Still 7 episodes to go of course, but so far, it's a cracker![]()
I have never played the game and the chances of me watching the series are a lot higher than me playing SQ42 any time soon!!Being such a huge fan of The Last of Us as a game...so far, the HBO series has been phenomenally good... and whilst making some (necessary) changes needed for the adaptation from game to screen, the creators have totally respected the source material.
