Parks Star Wars Land

And BTW - - many of the buildings from this land (as well as the others already shown) are available in the workshop for down loads. I have also put each land (individually) out there so you can load and play if you so desire.

Dude, this is great. I'm gonna try all those lands as soon as I have the time for it! :D

Also, some comments:

- In the map you posted it says "Tatooine and Jakar", I'm pretty sure you mean Jakku (Rey's planet). ;) Let me remind you I've got an inverted coaster (The Scavenger) dedicated to Rey, that goes inside the crashed Star Destroyer and with the custom station as a Jakku village, and Rey's speeder as well, maybe you can use them.

- Also, for the Death Star area, I've got plenty of material, if you need some specific part out of my Death Star Park do tell me! (or just get it from the park yourself!) :)

- I'm very interested in what are you planning to do on the "Galaxy's Edge" area (I guess you mean the Outer Rim), since you already covered some of its most known places: Dagobah, Tatooine, Mustafar... of course you've got plenty of other planets in the Outer Rim, like Utapau, Kamino or Geonosis, but I'm just curious of what you were thinking to build.

- The Hoth area looks really cool, but I kind of miss some speeders in the Echo Base, it feels a bit claustrophobic, like it's all corridors.

- The underwater Gungan area is magnificent, so beautiful and mesmerizing. I love it.

- As a general comment, I don't know of this is a design decision on your part but I wish there were flying ships and speeders in Coruscant, Naboo and Hoth, specially in Coruscant, cause I keep thinking of all those flying cars everywhere in the movies. A scene of the snowspeeders attacking the AT-AT in Hoth would be great if you find the space, and Naboo could have a small-scale Trade Federation droid control ship, like a menacing presence above the planet. It's just that I'm crazy for the SW vehicles! [haha]

All in all, amazing job, wowman. Thx for sharing.

Yes - Jakku - I was testing true fans...actually - a typo from working on this in the middle of the night and didn't catch it. [blah]

I'll check out your stuff. I already have most of that area done and I may have even used this already - - I will check.
My Death Star area is actually going to be a bit small and just filler in between the other areas, but again - - i will check out your workshop to see if I missed anything good to use.

Galaxy's Edge was going to try and emulate the look and feel of the new Disney Star Wars land that is currently being built.

Most of my really detailed design flaws are either time I decided to spend, or not spend on an area...and I'm trying to make is as close to a park that could really be built, so flying ships didn't just seem to fit for me. Also, my skills are still building, so some things left out are just because I didn't want to attempt them. The most un-real stuff I'm adding is all the large scale of some areas that would never be cost effective in a real park...but in a sandbox park...no problem.

Thx for the feedback.

Update - I do have a bunch of your stuff downloaded and will most likely be using some of it in my Death Star mini-land. And I do have Rey's speeder in the park already. THX

looking down on this half of Hoth. One thing you may notice for this land is that its what I call and 'out and back' land...meaning that you can't travel through it and leave into another land out the back side. this was designed to go in and explore, but you have to head back towards the front of the land to exit from one of the three walkways from this area. This was part by design, but also because of the way I forced myself to work with how I created some of the other areas of the park already.

here are some shots the the Mess Hall building and the surrounding area. This building was covered almost entirely with billboards and metal sheathing or warehouse type windows were used to cover it.

this is as you leave the mess hall area and head towards the queue for the Escape from Hoth coaster.

This is looking over the entire area of Echo Base. Under all those rocks is an ice cave that holds food, bathrooms, shops and queue lines, as well as the load station for the river raft ride.

Lets take a closer look at the flat rides in this land.
First we have Avalanche. A Zipper ride with a rocky-snowy theme.
there is a slushy booth near the entrance/exit of this ride as well.
