For the life of me I can't find anything on when or where the new FSDs are or if they are available

I finished the CG in the top 10% and got the credits upon hitting the completed button but I have no idea if the new FSDs are available yet and where to find them if they are. The only thing I've seen is "Pick up your FSDs at Jaques Station" which is where I am right now. I've searched every...

Shoutouts to @HeatherG for getting the Stellar Screenshots paintjob sent to the right account:

Used to only have this ship as a stock AspX just so I could flaunt my ownership of such a paintjob, but now I've kitted it out as a ship for doing on-foot missions with. Much stronger than my paper-thin exploration DBX I was using - this is stronger and has two SRV hangars, but I need to engineer it as the jump range is a bit crap right now.
But for now it's time to murder some peeps and steal some stuff...
