I have been made aware of a most excellent story- apparently bomb disposal in the UK were called when a patient went to A+E with a cannon shell stuck....there
The guy said "I was polishing the shell and accidentally sat on it"

From what I've heard it's quite routine to have people arrive in a&e with 'lost' items, so don't bother offering 'explanations' as frankly no one believes nor cares. They'll have seen it all.

For a laugh put your bottle filled recycling outside a neighbours house. Especially an elderly widow.
I was going to say, I had a few mates who were nurses years back and from some of the tales they told me, after a year in A&E I doubt anything other than the QE2 and/or Lord Lucan being up there would be a shock to them.

Hoover attachments are very common apparantly, and indeed are often still attached due to localised swelling
At least we now know why the little sod is always smiling.
See, this is why STEM subjects are important in school...one would know THAT wasn't going to work out...in the end. So to speak

standard dry soap and lots of fragrance. or the ashes of people who asked them if their product was a scam.
Its also very accurate as 'the dust' will make your nose look like that too
