Emissive texture has been "improved" by the new EDO "lighting."

I think it's still a toss-up between Minnesota or Wisconsin. The more I think about it, though, it could be Iowa as well.
looks like we're in this to page 1000 then.
legally, by page 1000, the state of the game will be decided by the 1st post on the 1000th page.
after which we discuss the post and bring it to a quorum. at the quorum, the sacred holder of the hat will have the quorum interpretations of the post placed in the hat.
then, the random participant (the 1000th page person excluded) from the 999th page shall be named Official Brabus Picker General. they will then pick from the hat while wearing the sacred roadmap blindfold... to symbolise the legitimacy of the actions taken because they are through the sacred roadmap, as all actions should be.
once the interpretation has been chosen, it is placed in a sealed envelope and sent by courier to the designated community manager and 13 Forum Tycoon World player representatives to witness the telling of the state of the game.
