And whilst we are the subject of "oh the horror", can we tone down the rhetoric slightly??
Darth - we probably all get where you are coming from, some of your game ideas are inspired, but honestly... it is what it is and pages of bemoaning what isn't right isn't going to put it right... Ratty has spent probably more time in game than any of us, and still loves it warts and all, I still love it, I suspect most do (maybe in the way you love an eccentric and slightly dementing uncle...). There are things I suspect we would all like to change/see better implemented - but it is what it is. Play it/don't play it but for the love of Brebus keep the major moaning to the other threads where such stuff is rife (and provides entertainment for all!)

weirdly, no news on beetlejuice 2 since january. Been a while since a tim burton'y movie has been out. Not sure the surreal nature of Beetlejuice fits today's adult audiences though.

So 950 books of stamps for the Escort, I think there were something like 1,250 stamps to the book so.... about 1.2 million stamps. I think (I'm not THAT old, so going on memory) you got a stamp for every 2p you spent at the supermarket so about £24,000 worth of groceries and whatnot to get a free car. That's £105,000 in today's money based on inflation.
Jaysus, no wonder we had to settle for the occasional saucepan!
