update 9 should really include cat media on the holo ads in stations where cat media has been recently delivered. if it isn't given any real effect.
the cat media can be pulled from a server by the game client... uploaded by staff or maybe thru the community if they want to moderate such things.
this is an important feature, and i doubt elite will survive as a game without it. easily more important and interesting than a multiplayer centric srv
