Backwards it'll either tell you to kill people or worship Satan. That's what always happens...

I hope it's not a bug and is actually something interesting, or just an easter egg for Contact as it sounds pretty close to that, there is a 2001 reference in-game after all

Same signal can be heard at Patora sagacity satellite in Patora system!

I have some audio samples that show this coming off one of the antenna there -- As well as this pannel that seems to have some patterns. It looks a lot like the windows but clearly these are not windows. And some of them are repeating. idk shurg - I will probably take a look after I work on some other things.
