Here's what i think would make the game experience better.

1. FIX QATAR - FIX QATAR - FIX QATAR - am amazed that is not your first fix. RPM drop happens every lap just for the player cars on that specific part of the track (video below). AI cars don't make this sudden drop of RPM. The amount of time loss each lap it's impossible to win Qatar.
2. Cars who cause red flag should start last. Vesrtappen span out when he was leading, blocked the whole pack behind him, and race restarted with him first.
3. Be able to rename parts (i.e F25 FW-2 ----> low downforce/high downforce)
4. Add F2 and F3 championships
5. Lower factory fires rate
6. Add formation lap
7. Able to switch from manual to automatic mode after qualifying lap. When in manual mode, cars race and overtaking on their INLAP
8. I won the constructions championship with 4 races to go and nobody mentioned it
9. Press talk which will affect Morale
10. Interact with drivers and staff (warnings - pep talk)
11. Give us an avatar and include us in the media feed
12. more alive pit lane in quali and practice. it feels you are the only team who attended when in practice
13. Singapore track, cars slow down alot before turn 16
14. add liveries
15. in some races there are drivers which will use the same (3 soft compounds) compounds for the whole race.
16. Las Vegas track , pit exit needs fixing, cars goes direct to the wall as soon they exit the pit into the track, and if there is a car passing when you exit it can pass through your car.

so far these is what i found i will be adding more.
