Not brown nosing, but it's one of the funniest game things I've ever seen - must have taken ages!

It took about two weeks or so- all the adverts were already done (I had entered them into the holo advert competition but they all got rejected) so it was a case of writing the puns and doing the layout.
I can kinda understand why they might have been rejected lol, but it's still fabulous work imho mate![]()
I think my problem is just bad aiming although I know I hit the sub enough to where it should be falling in %, but... not nearly as often as I would like to see. I need to get better, no doubt, I have these visions of Sniping these griefers in the game, but I have a long way to go, as you can see from my little test video I did last night on my test "Fixed" weapons Krait MKII.It has been a while since I played but, I recall having the same "issue" and investigating it a bit. My DBS ran two short range super pen imperial hammers as its primary damage dealers, and they certainly would occasionally absolutely slaughter internal components. Other times, round after round would have no effect. The key is, just because you strike the hull of a ship does not mean your round will penetrate, even with a super penetrator which you would imagine might penetrate the impregnable. Ok. Sorry I could not resist.
Anyway! The "breach" stat determines the likelihood of your super penetrators penetrating. Oh God, I can't help myself.
What I am saying is, there is only a chance of hitting a module, even if you are on target!

Sorry if the video quality is a little muddy, I use this GeForce capture and it has an issue with capturing nice clean 3440x1440 in game video, it just seems like it can't do it very well, even though I have it set to high bit rate and "In-Game" resolution. If anyone can recommend a good free (or even pay) capture alternative to GeForce Experience?! Anyway, you can see, my problem is aiming, maybe I am not firing from the right angle or something. I think you need to be RIGHT behind the ship. I lay down a few solid shots on these two ships but power plant doesn't move. I did send that one Elite Clipper running though! Ha!
Snipping Subs, or Trying at Least
I have noticed you have to be careful with these fixed weapons. I've "slammed" unintended ships a few times and they don't forgive a misguided shot! Ha!As to inspire you, I remember Hazzmango sniping reverb torpedoes that were going to slam into his wingmate![]()
Great pity. Although I have to admit that if they hadn't been, I'd have been spending quite a lot more time stuck in the toaster rack, laughing my ARX off.(I had entered them into the holo advert competition but they all got rejected)
