COMPLETED CG Support Winters's Forces in LP 855-34 (Mining)

It was still available last Sunday (at that time, I was checking the default ange of the prebuilt ships).

Just like the Diamondback Explorer pre-built. However it was equipped without an SCO FSD, so it was obsolete (the Asp Explorer pre-built is a better option).
I wont miss the T-6. It had serious power management problems, not for a beginner player.
Im curious how the Krait Mk II surface miner will work.

hi. really stupid question . I am already at 433 tons for this CG but just added 1 more run to cement the top 50% (which may or may not be enough now it's extended) and I can't dock at reas resilkiance. I have tried relogging but no joy. is this happening for anyone else. am in so so it's not like it's busy. thanks

What is written on the radio chatter (top left)? It should tell you why it has been denied.

Make sure you are not in a metal rich, or haven't filtered the ore out. A platinum hotspot in a metallic ring that has major or pristine reserves will be overflowing with platinum rocks.

Sounds like the usual rookie error of going to metal rich rings. It catches a lot of people out the first time.
Possible. But I was also using the pulse scanner and checking cores. Found cores to mine...just non platinum.
Popped into a system someone elses used, sorted now. Top 25%.
Going to head back to the other systems to see if I can't see what's going on.

Well this was a bust, signed up for the community goal, mined for a few hours and collect 225 tons of platinum only to battle with my carrier inventory while transferring to a smaller ship. Get it to the Rhea's Resilience, sell it and no progress shown towards the goal?? Any ideas?

Did you check on the carrier with the missions tab (other places can take a while to update). I'd say go mine at least 1 more unit to ensure a participation reward, appreciate it must be frustrating if you'd done enough to get into the top 75% but 1 mining laser is still better than none

Always use the Mission Board in the CG station to check your progress as that is instant. There is often a delay before it i shown on your ship's Transaction panel.

Anyone else get incorrect contribution amounts? I dropped off 2 x 256T in my Type-10 but it says I only gave:

2 x 256 = 512 in all my computer science books. On a side note, where are you all mining, or is it top secret?

Delkar Planet 7 ring A has Plat HS with rocks from 9% to 65% - I ignore any with less than 20% plat to maximise mining.
This is a one-commodity CG. Set all but platinum to ignore all other mined commodities. Do not shoot anything that does not say "platinum".

It will be a pain to reset this after the CG.

Delkar 7 (great villain name) is a place where you fill up your raw materials fast.

Originally I had a hiccup when I went to transfer the 225 tons from a Type 9 to a longer jumping Type 8. Most of the inventory disappeared and I got it back by exiting and re-logging in. I had to sell myself the Platinum to get it onto the Type 8. Is it possible the CG sees tis as a purchase rather then mining it myself?
