Taranis Enters Meltdown

Unfortunately we missed the final moments due to a couple of crashes, then a bugged instance. So myself, Psyche and another didn't get to see the final moments. But going back...
I'll tell you one thing. I feel bad for it, which is quite a feat.
It's done really well. The horrified anguished cry when you first go into the Maelstrom cloud now it's down, is chilling. The noises as you approach have a very different feel to before, a lot more mournful.
Everything in the middle is all messed up, the vents look really cool now too.
It's fantastic! Really well done to all the team.

Everyone capable, RALLY THE RESCUE SHIPS and start diving for those survivors! We have 22 HOURS to rescue as many as we can before the... "event" tomorrow.
I was on my way in for the first time, struggling with the pulse wave timing and got sent to rebuy. On my second approach I thought it was odd there was no pulse anymore. I missed helping out by minutes!
I was at taranis just a moment ago. Nothing there but a sadly moaning titan and a bunch of interceptors. Didn't see anyone to rescue.
What is seeping out of the vents now?
Will the Titan crash into the planet below?
Will the framerate collapse?
Great job to all involved in this. Both the destruction of Taranis and the FDev boys (and girls) who put it all together

I see that a lot of pods are still intact on the surface of the dying Titan - I suspect we will need to get these humans home before, well, tomorrow's final act.

Missed it by around 1/2 an hour - incredible that it went down this quickly. Hopefully this will be tweaked for the other titans, it's way too fast for people with actual jobs in life!

Yes, they are there but much more blind than outside the cloud.
You still get hyperdicted and interdicted on the way to the Titan, still caustic goo in the outer ring, but no pulses so it is a bit easier to get to the Titan itself.
Still interceptors etc attacking you once you get to the Titan.
So its easier, but still not a walk in the park if you haven't done it before.
