I was prompted by Commander @Xenia_K forum post ( https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/hip-17862-11e.561366/ )
to investigate known system HIP 17862 with Thargoid crash site HIP 17862 6c, because Commander discovered presence of another Thargoid site on HIP 17862 11e.
Mapping planet revealed one ''Unknown structure scan''.
Look above showed usual Thargoid surface site.
I landed near the ''Leviathan'' structure and deployed SRV.
To my surprise I saw ''Scavengers'' working on that structure: (video)

Half of ''Scavengers'' on that ''Leviathan'' are seen ''vacuuming'' ''damage spots?'' and other half of that group is ''showering'' horizontal surfaces.
My hypothesis is that Thargoids have advanced from barnacle harvesting stage in to applying these harvested materials to ''Unknown Structures''.
They are now actively restoring these Motherships!
