Don't know if you are interested in additional waypoints but I see you've got quite long stretches in the NW quadrant.
First off is a planetary nebula I discovered over 2 years ago, Flyae Proae IN-S E4-1. Remarkable for both being in one of the outer reaches of the galaxy and having a nearby system for good external shots. The PN itself has a couple of landable planets. On the way between Erikson's Star and Blue in the Black.
For something far more unusual, indeed unique, how about a black hole on the very edge of the galaxy? Oedgaf DL-Y g0 allows for some quite dramatic lensing effects which almost make it look like accretion disks have been implemented!
But since you might not want to go out to the galactic rim again, can I suggest as an alternative Gria Bloae YE-A g0 which is also a black hole and should only need a bit of jumponium to get to since it is 500 LY from the very edge. To be honest, you can't really tell any difference in the lensing.
Neither of these black hole systems have any landable planets and they are only just after Blue in the Black so perhaps more a curiosity that the expedition members might like to visit rather than an actual waypoint.
