12th of Octorber 3306 - Tenebrae on way to Magellan's Star, DSSA Deus Vult!
Parts of the journey from Eastern Meridian crossing into tenebrae region - always at the very fringe of the arm - had such sparse star density, that my jumps have been anything between 20ly and 69 ly long.
The DSSA Deus Vult! lies over the bright ring of an icy moon around a ringed gasgiant. It's pretty basic, with emphasis on pretty - looks as if the crew enjoys bathing in the reflected sunlight. Not too far to Magellan's Star, even if Amundsen Stars would fit the base camp DSSA Deus Vult! better.
