That's what i figured, just was hopeful that anything covert under the acquisitions tab would count since i've done a few of the download ones.

Update, just unlocked. Pretty sure only extraction samples count for covert heists.

Gotta say, it's a strange design choice to make players go through a life of crime for the sake of Night vision suits.

Could be said for any upgrade though. The sooner Fdev let us loot mats from killed targets the better.

I want to restore power to settlements and prefer not to run around with a flashlight which says ' I'M HERE !!! ' to scavengers present maybe ?

Log files on the pc in savedgames folder. Open the last 4-5 days in Notepad++ then search for missioncompleted to see mission strings

covert heists were something like, productiontheft covert and covert thefts were like onfoot theft covert or something can't remember

I only had to do 6 heists and one theft...

Pretty sure we all did this :D I honestly think this design was intentional and I love it all the more for that. Lazy would be "plonk prefab buildings in array around paths" and call it a day. This was designed to be fiendish. What's weird is how difficult all AGRIs are in comparison to...

Mine finally worked the other day. I think I needed to do 6 covert heists and 6 covert thefts after the update even though inara showed more complete prior to update.

still haven't unlocked Terra. i have 7 Covert Heist and 6 covert theft missions. Technically more than double if you count in wing missions but apparantly they don't go towards unlocking terra.

I agree. Did 6 Covert thefts over a few days before wondering what I was doing wrong, found this thread through Google-fu, and then did 6 Covert Heists. One return to menu and back later and she's unlocked.

I don't suppose anyone has logged this as a bug yet?
