THE FORMIDINE RIFT MYSTERY (Part 4)

The final message from Raan was:
From:CMDR RAAN CORSEN, Msg:Ok commanders, I have a piece of information with me... but It doesnt makes any sense..., From:CMDR From:CMDR RAAN CORSEN, Msg:I need CMDR Salomé,

So we will get the info, probably will need to decrypt it, but we have good people for that :)

Ahh, gibberish.
That's more like it. :)

Salomé's message was not delivered due to the outcome of the event. Players changed the story once again.

Cheers,

Drew.

I've heard you were piloting the Seven Veils. If so, congrats for evading my interdiction ( Cmdr Scytale Tleilaxu, iCourier Zensunni Wanderer) [up]

Much salt in here... I always make sure I send a strongly worded letter to the writers of 'The Walking Dead' when one of my favourite characters dies. I suspect Mr. Wagar will receive similar correspondence from those on here who are claiming lies and deceit.

Back to the real fictional galaxy, we had a blast. OK, so XBOX was a little smaller than the PC side, but there were some heart-stopping moments for Yuri's close protection team. The rest of us - not so much. Many lessons have been learned regarding large scale fleet deployments when limited to a 16 commander instance. Hopefully FDev can take some of the information on board when it is published in a sensible format in preparation for the next big event.

For now, looks like we're gearing up for a Thargoid invasion. Bet you never saw that coming...... Well played everyone who took part. There are many new alliances between factions, and the objective was realised. PvP CAN be fun. o7

Well, it has beeen said the Dogs are all dead drunk and PAC pilots being ... debriefed.. by the CoR Inquisitors

That explains the rushed order for probes I heard rumours of.

Seriously, I enjoy the drama of the event, if not the instancing and multicrew problems. And flying around Tionisla in open in a Conda was remarkably less hassle than PAC led me to believe it would be. I might try open again.

I see that Drew said Salome's message was lost. Sign me up for the search for whatever it was going to be - presumably there will be something to find.

Hey wait, Xbox Premonition did their job properly.
OK, the command team were cunning and ruthless and upset a lot of people;

Mission complete. Yuri safe.

FD: Hm.. Drew, we did not expect that anyone actually survive..

Drew: I also did not expected this.

FD: Can you.. well.. Can you take your words back about "if few survive it is fine"

Drew: What? Why?

FD: Well. Even while players somehow managed to save them, we still don't have anything to show after. We still need a time. A lot. Can you hold them for some time? Some new hunt or whatever.

Drew: I will see what i can do. Damn, they are not gona like it. Not this time.

Sure, of course we did. So I'm guessing it's another clue hunt then.
