This may be to throw us off the scent.
But it appears she's more than willing to exploit it for her own political ends.
What scent? So far we have nothing concrete apart from general area, and RR line. Sad really...
With regards to the first set of numbers being co-ordinates, none of them match the number for the galactic plane that Reorte and Riedquat sit on. However, they are at an angle to one another, so if one was to go as the crow flies and follow that line at its angle, would it eventually reach the corresponding galactic plane to the co-ordinates 1, 26, 13?
I really hope it's more devious than that.

Considering how they've worked before, set to economy, charge off in any direction, honk/scoop, go, honk/scoop go,,,,til you got to stop for body functions, turn in for number of systems scanned ( 2459 this run), repeat until comatose.

Yup, that is a sure way to make many people stop partaking in future "mysteries".
I'd be very surprised if any of this was relevant. This was all back in the days of madness when Drew threw us a side puzzle (that had nothing to do with the Rift or the game for that matter) to keep us occupied while FD madly tried to get UA content into the game. Everyone became obsessed with codes and ciphers, and all anyone ever got from it was a Right On, Commander(s). Not to say that some form of cipher will not play a part in what Drew has planned for the Rift, but I would disregard all of this stuff as clues, other than as a means to learning how such things work.

Can't trust any of the factions, none of the powers that's for sure, and minor factions meh. There's only one safe happy place, thats' good for me and you, j.a.q., u.e.s., Jaques Station. Jaques Station, Jaqques Station, forever we can party fine. When everything goes t**s up, we'll take off through the skies, j.a.q, u.e.s, Jaques Station the only place to be.

Please remember that this is not a treasure hunt. It is an evolving story. Information will be available as the story progresses. No one is twisting our arm to go overboard with crazy ideas. We do that our self.
It is quite obvious to me that we don't have enough information to pinpoint the exact system form the current clues. Searching the haystack is probably the only option for now. If you think the haystack is to big, you will just have to wait for more clues. The haystack will shrink.
One possible clue that hasn't been run down is Salome saying she first found Raxxla mentioned in 2814, from her message to C.o.R.
That has to be from either old lore or the old games right? It's been speculated about but not found.
Raxxla, Dark Wheel, may be the driver of all this but it can't be Raxxla, as Brooks has said no hint about it ever.
So this is more like Copernicus stumbling upon heliocentrism in his religious search to prove the harmony of God's celestial spheres.

This might be a bit tin-foily, but has anyone managed to get a good look at the either of the Voyager spacecraft or Pioneer 10 to see the illustrations on them? I'd like to find one of the spacecraft and explore as many of the 14 pulsars as possible to see if there is anything interesting waiting there. I'm looking for more information on the 14 illustrated pulsars to see if I can locate them. I've been to PSR J0030+0451 ~900Ly under Sol, but I don't know if it is relevant. One of the pulsars looks to be in the general direction of the RR line.

Styx - there's a system called that in the bubble.
Eridanos - Eridanus is a constellation, Epsilon Eridani being the most famous place. This constellation is connected to Aquarius and Fornax.
Scorpio is also connected to the mythology of Orion, so deep sky objects that might be worth visiting within the constellation Scorpio as viewed from Earth could be:
NGC 1535 - small blue-gray planetary nebula some 2000 light-years away from Sol.
IC 2118 - faint reflection nebula believed to be an ancient supernova remnant or gas cloud illuminated by nearby supergiant star Rigel in Orion. Also known as the Witch Head Nebula. Off to witch-space anyone?

Well in that case all I see is that whatever the big secret is, is on the other side of the rift... but thats already been done, amirite?
Well, I'm working towards an ExploraConda to take out there. Might poke Drew first to make sure that it can be found on XB1... might go anyway for the epic view!
Surly if its "hidden", it would be IN the rift, not on the other side.
The other side is easy to get to provided you go round and down the arm, its only tough if you try to cross.
@neil1889 ..... what about aquila (eagle, Dihya had a thing for birds didnt she?) region as well, thats got a dark region too, unless the "dark systems/regions" thing has been totally crossed out ofc
