Sorry, I don't know exactly - I'm really terrible at keeping track of systems visited. It's somewhere close'ish to Barnard's Loop. Not that that helps any.
A built in journal in the game of systems visited, planets and discoveries would be a cool addition. Like the quest journals in Bethesda's TES.

Not built in, but you can always link your Frontier account to Inara. Flight log, mission log, combat log ... it's all there.
