What is the name of that last system? Don't think I ever saw a ringed neutron star before.

A question about neutron stars with fast "rotating" beams... Is it timelapse effect? Never seen such in the game, not an explorer though.

These are pulsars, they rotate very fast ans are more dangerous than the others. The often have another star for companion.

It's not a time lapse effect. Some are almost stationary while others go round a 100 times a second. Mass, initial rotation before the collapse, diameter after, and all that :)
