Nee rides

I would like to see more uncommon rollercoasters like the bobsled coaster and more flatrides

I'm with you guys on the chairlift!!!! I never design a park without one and I"m tired of my static models. Along with smaller art shapes this is what (IMO) the game lacks/needs most.

I'd probably use a bobsled in more parks than not too lol.

I would also LOVE to see the flat rides get a second pass with many the bases cut down to usable size and introduce generic versions of all themed flats. I find myself using the same few rides in every park due to theming , oversized baces or the scale of ride is simply to o big or tall.

Could you imagine if they made a Flying Turns like at Knoebels?! That would be so awesome! Of course a modern bobsled like at Kings Dominion or Blackpool would be neato too. [yesnod]

Flying Turns at Knoebels is a great ride and would be awesome if Frontier added it to Planet Coaster.

I hope the next update isnt just a DLC that adds some random objects and rides to the game, but rather give the tools some much needed polish.

I hope they fix that issue on the staff managment page, typing into the box how much you want to give them doesn't seem to work, it bugs out and keeps exiting the typing box :/

When is PAX or the next major event where Frontier will have a booth? That’s when we’ll probably hear something about the next DLC and free update. Is there an event in early April?

Yup... PAX is April 5th.

Frontier is at GDC right now. GDC ends on the 23rd, so we may hear something before then?

Frontier aren't actually *AT* PAX for PlanCo though, just the community side.. so I doubt there will be anything off the back of that. Plus this was suggested on one of the Facebook groups and it was categorically shut down.. According to that reply, PAX is not being used as a vehicle to launch an update or DLC

But, the Steam DB is suggesting that something is coming soon, and it's in the final build now it seems. Either this month or next we might hear something. There is a new mystery DLC listed after Adventure Pack. It's been about three months since the release of the Adventure Pack.

But, it has been in final build on the steam database for some time now.

It's nice to keep tracking and see if work is being done on the game through the SteamDB. But I also learned pretty quickly that it's information that tells us one thing only, the game is still being worked on.
