We were able to terraform Mars, but we're not able to restore CO2 levels and thus regain valuable lost landmass on Earth? If anything, there should be more land on earth in 3303 (especially since we had to drain half the oceans and ship the water to 'Earth 2').
Oh, and did the nuclear war level all the mountains and dry up all the rivers?

Oops, sorry - missed this post earlier. I'm afraid I can't exactly remember (I took that screenshot a long time ago).
Based on when I'm usually in-game, if it was taken at the weekend then it would probably have been around 5pm UK time and if it was taken on a weekday (more likely) then it would have been around 6am UK time.
Icy rings can be pretty, though this planet is only suitabe for Thargoids. Traikaae KR-N D6-0 10, pretty much right next to the Lagoon Nebula.
