Of course - it hands out free beer and bacon too!

Let's get back on topic folks - open v solo v groups.
Thanks
I prefer to think of it as the Bully's Thread. It seems to still be here so the PvPers have a place to rant and not keep cluttering the forum up with multiple new threads on the topic every single day.
I know it's not. That's why I said Bully's Thread.
no we want to see you dressed as Aspy waspy![]()
What is funny is they will claim we are the bullies..
The Magic Bag can function as whatever the situation requires. It can launch chaff, heat sinks, slurp fuel, devour the souls of Open Only Advocates and consume the limitless tears of griefed pew-pew-crews.
A wonderful thing the Magic Bag!
Stop mocking us with your Magic Bag if you're unwilling to share the joys with your friends! Griefer! *runs off, wailing*

I was called a bully just yesterday. I shoved Mouse and took his lunch money for being in my space. I would've shoved Asp too but he yelled something about "SNAT interchassis redundancy" and then vanished before I could get near him.

The mentality that one person's playstyle should trump others is asinine, about as asinine as those who claim solo's is trumping open.
That is exactly it though. Some people want to meet other players, blow them up, and laugh at them - as they want to demonstrate their complete superiority over another individual. It "gives" them power. That is why so many of them use the word "fear" when discussing playing computer games and the reactions of other people playing them.
The mindset of "I blew you up - you weak, pathetic, no-fun waste of space! L2P! Go back and hide in Solo where you belong! You are not fit to share a galaxy with ME - the MIGHTY PEW-PEW!" is astonishingly common in video games. I find it highly amusing.
The mindset of "So what? You blew up some pixels while I am slurping beer and enjoying my gametime. None of this means anything to me beyond that." is hard for the first to comprehend. To play a game, a PvP game, without being in "competition" simply does not compute for them. To be the "best" is all that matters. To be "feared" is all that matters. Even though none of it matters.
I guess it is just an anathema to me, maybe those that feel that way have never dealt with death before?
Possibly - but that's going into hypotheticals I have no data on. For the current mindset of "Pew-pew WINZ U LOZ L2P n00b I KLLZ EVRTNG I SEEZ!" you have to look no further than this very forum. You'll see plenty of it, especially in the Xbox and Groups pages. Looking further afield, you'll find all sorts of stuff. Declarations of war, owned systems, hack on sight, DDoS these IP's, all in the name of "winning"
Sad really.
