And what's the problem of me wanting to shoot them? What's the problem with me winging up with them? What's the problem with me showing them a good time and helping push them out of the newbie state?
I think you're a tad bit too adamant on the whole "Solely wants to kill them" argument, when that's just a tiny bit of it. To date, I've only shot at people if they actively have bounties or are trying to undermine the progress of a Community Goal and now, are attempting to work for an opposing Power.
Which raises the concern that I don't want them to be shafted and feel left out. I would prefer them to also be able to interact with the PC/MAC users and have a purpose for that Gold Membership, than to simply say "Oh well, at least you get to screw with their simulator and PP too!"
They might as well be playing on their own xbox dedicated servers and not harm our progress. I don't want that, I want them to also experience what we experience together and play with us. The xbox one folks deserve to have a way to interact and play with us, especially if they're going to pay a subscription fee.
Edit: the way we have patches and updates would actually benefit the xbox users to be on the same exact servers we have. We don't have weekly patches going on, we have like a month or two super patches.

Well, not for everyone. What about massive battles in space? All the stuff we saw in the movies for god knows how long?
P2P is and only good to cut down the cost.
I was watching the E3 stuff - nothing special so far, only Braben switching to the rollercoaster game and a ruined stream just like an hour ago from the E3 on the EliteDangerous channel (one of the worst streams that i saw on twitch ever, how is this even possible with good gear and so many expirienced people around?)...

The XBox One Solo players will not need to have an XBox Live Gold membership. As to the requirement to pay a subscription for XBox Live to play online - that's a Microsoft requirement, nothing to do with Frontier.
Yeaaahhh no, how about I ignore this post and I just talk about the problems with the modes and now platform problems that also conflict instead?

It rather depends on one's perspective - I see the game modes and the single shared galaxy state as core game features, not problems.
It would make a pleasant change.
Nope, wasn't my argument at all.
"less players to blow up in open than pvpers would like." << notice, in bold, I say pvpers. And I say that because pvpers seem to be the most vocal about separating the modes and making people play in open.

So you think it's just simply better to let them play on Open and Private with just their xbox community? I dunno man, it would add and give them more to play with and give them a reason to even pay for that subscription. It's just bad design. I mean, at least DUST 514, while it did have some impact on the game EvE, didn't necessarily impact the game, just the planets they were expanding into. The model complimented the Original game, since Elite: Dangerous doesn't have this, it just makes sense to give them all the tools and things we have instead and let them play with us. Especially they have to pay extra for a subscription.

Well you did ask a vague question. If you want a real answer fine, I like interacting with players, sometimes with lasers, sometimes with words, sometimes in competition, sometimes with actions, and sometimes all 4. More players means more interaction for good or ill.
