In a game, really? lets not go there.
You're on duty too? All hands on deck!
In a game, really? lets not go there.
That's a seriously bad line of thinking. We all play the game and players having differing opinions. Blocking out the bad is blinkered and doesn't help the game community.
You don't really, you know. Nothing any of us say will change the devs minds on this issue. In the end what difference would silence on all our parts make?
You'd be surprised at just how much the Devs in any game watch/listen to the forums.
People keep on that only a small percent use forums and most of them are whiners - but if the "happy" people don't post, then the only information Devs have to go on, is that from those who do post (the whiners).
Please list all those changes that came about due to players on the forums...
I'll wait....
Yet you are the one calling others cowards.. in a game..It's a computer game!
Shield cells, missiles, python. Should I continue? Please list all those changes that came about due to players on the forums...

You know what else doesn't help the community - calling them cowards.
But you keep doing it anyway.
All the Open Players understood from the very beginning that there would be a SOLO MODE, and that there would be people playing side by side in the same galaxy, and you all still bought the game. However, the same people who knew about this "Issue" still purchased the game, and are trying now to convince people to go into open as there is no game content... are you guys even looking at what you are asking for? We are not your content, we are customers of the same game, we have the same rights.
Yet you are the one calling others cowards.. in a game..
Shield cells, missiles, python. Should I continue?
+rep This is exactly what those "open only" players dance around until a slip like "I wud keelz you in Open cmon come at me" happens.
doods: I am not your content.
Shield cells, missiles, python. Should I continue?
Nope. I implied players that won't move their valuable ships to open from solo because of risk have problems based on the google definition.
Players that enjoy solo and stay in solo I have no issue with what-so-ever.

I'm am not for the removal of solo mode. I simply think it should be on a separate server and not impact the open players.
I hope to encourage more CMDRs to play in Open because I feel like people are missing out on experiences they may enjoy if they didn't constantly see threads and forum posts about non-existent griefers.
Yet you have no right to judge where people play with their ships. People are allowed to go between Solo and Open, and are allowed to use what ship they want. Who made you the god of the universe to dictate that if you play in this arena you have to play this way with this ship? No one.
And since you like to use definitions..
imply
1. to indicate or suggest without being explicitly stated
2. to signify or mean.
SO pretty much your response is that you didn't call people cowards, you just suggested and meant that they were.. in a computer game.. and because they don't play the way you do.
Non-existent griefers? You can't be that ignorant. All of us can read the forums. Many of us have seen the goonswarm in action here. You don't know about the Suicidwinders ramming everyone at starting stations for laughs? You don't know anything about the blockades and embargos around the Lave-Leesti clusters? Etc etc.
Argue all you want but please, don't dissemble on stuff that's easily fact-checked by reading the forums.
From your definition I indicated and suggested. Completely viable based on other players feedback on how they choose to play the game.
Nope. I implied players that won't move their valuable ships to open from solo because of risk have problems based on the google definition.

removing the 10% module loss, or changing that you compete with others in powerplay, although I doubt you'll count those. What major, base function, design level changes have occurred due to developers being influenced by the forums?
