I think you might have bought them on the way back from a drunks of Sol meeting, so probably never bothered to try the zip in the shop...

Bet they look nice though.

I wish this thread was more about making the game more accessible to everyone and meshing features with the modes in mind, rather than being mad that Joey doesn't have to play in open to undermine things.

What you must fail to realize is that being in Mobius does not "lock" you into private group. Nor is it by any means Solo with a slight chance of private group anymore than Open is solo with a chance of player driven pulse cannon showers. It is a growing community ingame and on their forums that depending on what people feel like they *gasp* switch modes. What it does offer and people join for is the interaction with others without the threat of that interaction being "Oh Hey. CMDR Joc.. *boom crash explosion* Well ok that can still happen but only if you are me and in an RES and trying to talk to someone else there vs killing the evil npc Imperial Clipper that is shooting at you...

Since I have been in Mobius I talk via chat with quite a few and have run into maybe six different people in sectors. Huge Galaxy vs 10000 pilots not all on at same time or in the same mode = you may meet someone.

As for your solution.. It isn't final, period, or even the start of the list... no, it's more like putting clorox in your contacts case instead of saline cleaning solution. If you ever did it I eeaaaallly dont' think your going to enjoy the outcome.

We can't even agree on there being a problem, let alone on what the problem actually is. I think that's probably more important to resolve before we swing solutions around.
(But if anyone can answer my points I would be SO grateful).

Has it ever occurred to you that a lot of Mobius members joined it just as a show of support for the gentle(wo)man's play style? I, for one, rarely play in Mobius. In fact, I played more times in Open than in Mobius, and mostly in Solo and my own group w/ friends. Yet, I joined Mobius and have myself listed as a Mobius Elite commander just to show my support for such a play style.

People are free to join Mobius as long as they accept the rules and they are free to play in other groups and modes. That's the beauty of play the way you want. Hey, even spies like you are free to join and play there as long as you abide by the gentle(wo)man's rules while you are in it!

Whatever you ingest, there are only three ways for it to go.
1. You burn it as energy.
2. It comes out of one of you orifices.
3. Whatever left grows on you.

Now I have to add the 4th case.
4. The tapeworms in you eat it.
