Nope, never did that. Simply asked about additional sources.

I also fully admit this is strictly my personal an non transferable rumour, indeed. Would be nice if Cobra did the same with his constant rumours, or showed at least other different sources.

I'm already your second source the the has been around for months, based on various financial documents and new policies that have leaked out. The rumours of courting investors aren't even rumours — we know that he did that from the very start.

Tbh, this sounds infinitely more like you acting out some very loosely based assumption and trying to couch it in an equally eyebrow-raising rhetoric of “I didn't hear that so you made it up”… So let's do this: what on earth kind of sources would ever make you believe that DS would, not only use an alias and not make it abundantly clear from the get-go that it is him, but also be able to get so into that persona that he'd give up his usual novella style of posting?

Albeit that's true, that also are the numbers they are publishing, so for now let's assume they are correct.
It would be easy to see how much they made if someone could get a CIG tax filing. Maybe a US citizen could do a FOIA request over at the CDTFA.

If I get time - I'll give it a go.

What particularly puts me off about the whole thing - is that it is pointless. I'm not an Avocado - so installing a test build that isn't the test build - it's a bit like eating ice cream with a toothpick. Sure, you can do it, but why bother?

Now, my friend who is an Avocado - we LAN up every few weekends so I get a bit of a peek there, but honestly he's all but given up on Star Citizen and we mostly end up playing real games instead.

I ran Trading routes last night. No issues, except the payment is extremely low! Once again, I landed on the dark side of a planet, all lights off, did some eva’ing. And was shooting stuff with my new pistol. Then, I popped back into my 315P and went to sleep.


Low low pay out = .05 difference between buying and selling for some stuff. I can only hold 2 cargo units, so about 200 of each item. My buy in was 150, sold for 160. So 10 for 1 leg of my trip. The overall trip was just over 2K. I did 4 stops, 1 loop. Start, port, to farm, to mining colony, back to port. I also did a few missions, salvage mission, verify someone is dead, and cargo runs. I did not drop, or glitch the whole night. But, it was choppy at the ports, lots of people on line.

Urgh - now I remember why I gave up on PTU the last time.

Endless captchas and password resets, and I still don't have access despite copying the account to PTU.

I give up with this large fresh water fish.
