Looks like XBL is having issues with their CORE SERVICES as well, so this looks like a double whammy of connection hell! :(

Wonder if this has anything to do with the stress testing they are doing on the PC side this week? I know we are on a different server, but are we literally on a different piece of hardware or just a separate partition?

Last time I tried a few minutes ago, all I was getting was a spinning Python that never loads the game, so I quit out and am just waiting this out for a while. At least until XBL sorts out their issues, since that is obviously adding to the problems.

I tried to access the xbox marketplace and it was Down. So were all of my xbox apps. Problem syncing data!

Looks like not everything is back up yet

In...and out. I give up for tonight. Going to bed down with a glass of wine - maybe I'll defrost that poor bloke in the cryo pod I've got in my cargo hold, see if he fancies a game of scrabble or something.

Been on for an hour and a half and had 20 mins game time in XB. Thought these problems would be sorted with the update but obviously not. Great game but starting to loose patience 😞

Its definitely worrying to STILL be seeing server problems like this so close to the final release. If the game gets any level of traction with the XB1 community, those servers are going to have 100 times more traffic hitting them than anything they have dealt with up till now. If they can't handle the load from this much smaller GPP crowd, what the heck is going to happen when the entire XB1 community has access?

I shudder to think what may be awaiting us next month! I really hope they have all this crap sorted out by then. At least as far as having a 24hr staffing of their server room, since so much of the time, these outages occur in the middle of the night back in the UK, and it appears that there is often no one on site to deal with it right away.
