I love my Frontier Store purchase of Cosy Junk for my cockpit; nothing says "realistic experience" of months alone in space like an empty beer can and old pizza box drifting past my chair in zero-G. But then they were suddenly slammed into the canopy by the high-g maneuvers of unexpected battle. That's great BTW, that's not the problem. With the pizza box pressed flat against the canopy by me trying to arc around my opponent, it blocked some of my view and consequently I lost the fight (that's fair, I should have kept my "room" tidier heh, that's on me.) The problem was that when my canopy blew out, the pizza box didn't blow out with it! The pizza box acted as if the canopy was still there. This is clearly unacceptable.

?! I bought the Cosy Junk from the Frontier Store for my cockpit. I got in combat and they popped my canopy, which instantly sucked all my junk out into space. Do I have to buy more junk again to get it back? THIS IS SUCH A SCAM!

Hello FDev,

Since the 7.2.01 minor update I have noticed that, when I fly within the atmosphere of any Earth Like World they ALL appear to look like the real Earth (and this only happens once you have entered the atmosphere; until then they all appear to be different). While I can happily live with that (as I can then fly near to my home; I cannot wait until we can actually land on an ELW), it appears that, somehow, the various Early Warning Systems around the Real Life Earth then get indications of a fast UFO passing through our atmosphere (and these UFOs are of different sizes and speeds). If I had flown my vessels randomly around an ELW I would not have cottoned onto this issue, but as I always like to fly over my home (when out amongst the stars) it was obvious when the RAF scramble a couple of fast fighter jets over my home town within five minutes of my vessel 'flying' overhead. After this happened a few times it made the lead story on the evening BBC news (and repeat occurrences are increasing tensions). While I have stopped flying within the atmosphere of any ELW I encounter, there are now some people who are taking delight in stressing the military organisations around the world.

Could you let me know if these are bugs or a feature (I hope it is the former, as it is causing major issues for the Roya Air Force (and others))?

Since Powerplay was introduced, we have been promised power collapse and a dynamic galaxy of changing political spheres.

OH wait...we're supposed to be complaining about pretend features that haven't been implemented or are buggy and broken. All i have is this list of stuff that is real. :(

In the last night when i've visited Polaris, i got immediatly interdicted by one of those AI-Rogue-Ships. They opened fire on me and i got destroyed before even my cooldown finished!! It wasn't a swarm but only a single of the smaller ones. These AI ships are so OVERPOWERED! Fix it Fdevs!

When i was collecting samples from my Hull in space, my magnetic boots suddenly stopped working and i've fell off my Ship! Now the gravity of this gas-giant 5ls away is pulling me faster than my suite-thrust can push me. Im lost out of my ship diving now into this gas giant! This bug with suddenly broken magnetic boots was reported back in 6.3!! Fix it!

FDevs!!!! What the hell was this weird space creature that has eaten my DBX?? I have lost months of exploration data in just one moment. Make the DBX bigger so that he can't be eaten with only one bite!!!!

Venom Landing on Raxxla still doesn't sell the reptilian FSD!!! Frontier please fix that. It was already reported in 8.4 beta :|

Dear FDev,

Ever since V12.05.19 went live my ship computer answers "42" to every query I put to it. I do know that this is the answer to the question about Life, the Universe, and Everything, but there are other, valid questions I need to know the answers to. It is making database lookups very difficult.

Oh, and while you are at it, can you please explain to the docking computer that it should not listen to everything the main ship computer says. Now, whenever I get landing clearance the docking computer attempts to land me at pad 42. This is OK if you are landing a small vessel at a large Space Station, but it has tried to land my Anaconda there on more than one occasion (and only swift action to take back control has prevented this from happening; I have been fined for loitering!). It has also nearly run me out of fuel trying to find pad 42 at Hutton Orbital!

Not happy at all

I decided to flex my space legs after landing at Obsidian Orbital, and I thought I’d try out the new gastro experience “The Fat Trumble” down on sub-level 3. Didn’t want to dine alone, so I made use of the Space Tinder board in the station menu and scrolled down (and down and down!) until I found SOMEONE that didn’t look like the half crazed offspring of a bizarre cross breeding experiment with a Thargoid and a T7!

(Also why do some of my crew seem to be on the list, only with slightly different hairstyles? Please explain!)

Anyhoo – finally swiped right and agreed to meet up.

It was a disaster

1. She had much shorter hair than in her picture, FDev - why do you let people post clearly out of date images!
2. She didn’t laugh at any of my jokes!
3. She kept banging on about how the station announcer’s voice was “so dreamy” every time she overheard a comms “Welcoming someone to Obsidian Orbital”
4. Half way through dinner she had to go to the restroom – and never came back!
5. The meal itself was some hideous overpriced complexity where the fries were served in a miniature shopping cart and my steak au poivre on part of an antique comms panel, which was apparently to add 'ambiance', but in reality simply added 'au poivre' to my space legs as the sauce spilled everywhere! Why can’t we just have space plates! Fix this now!

Enough is enough. Called the space waiter over to pay bill, next thing I know there’s a 20% service charge!!!. COME ON FDEV - TWENTY PERCENT FOR THIS LOUSY EXPERIENCE...!!! And it’s supposed to be optional – BUT THERE WAS NO WAY TO REMOVE IT - IMMERSION BREAKING!!! Fix this immediately or I’m done.

(update – was so angry about this I just logged out. However, I now find I’ve been transported to detention center for non-payment of bill, my ship is still at the other station, and am getting some disturbing looks from the other inmates…)

You must be in the Federal section of the bubble. If you dock in the Imperial stations, you will find that instead there are missions to deal with the trouble makers before they can start a "union". Oh that reminds me, FDev can you please advise how I am supposed to get the blood off my sabre? I've tried getting my slaves to clean it but they seem to be doing such a poor job, they I have to pick one of them to make an example of, and well, the whole cleaning cycle starts again. It is making a terrible mess of my flight suit.

Think that's bad? Wait until you find those barnacles on the underside of your ship (no, not the ones in the Pleiades, these are smaller, like Earth ones). You need a G5 laser to scrape those babies off the hull.

The problem is, if you add swear filter, then there is no audio.
Whilst I do like informative helpful guides, there is such a thing as sarcastic, condescending & patronising passive aggression. Which this particular guide excels at maximising.

Is there? Oh, you mean making statements that accuse others of behaviour because you said so. I feel your pain.

Actually, the video was only a link in my old forum signature, since we moved to the new forum my Inara link is broken and the u-tube video now shows instead.
