Came out from Alcazar's - saw no sign of any countermeasures or new weapons (just someone in a FAS being a pain in the rear in orbit) - Thargoids had vacated before I arrived on scene by the look of it.

Just encountered a threat 5. Didn't fire scan or anything. About 60 seconds later it changed red and started to attack. Got the hell out of dodge in my unarmed aspx. Loving it :)

Just bought a c6 bi weave and some c3 hull modules, anyone know if I can get research limpets nearby?

What a rush though, dancing with that beast in my ASP.

Likewise, in a tradecutter unarmed and it let loose its thargons, but the speed of the cutter did its job. I was on the way back to JM to collect the Corvette.

Thinking I need to ship or ride my Anaconda down here and fit her with some c3 hull. She'd be able to stick around a lot longer

Damn npc FDL decided to interdict just as i was about to go into the 7 - lost it - found lots of 5's now - imperial and federal wrecks - rescuing survivors - looting as i go - distress call ahead - on intercept now.

I am parked at Alcazar. Only 2 more hours to finish upgrade. And I have several UAs, UPs and UFs, just in case.
Waiting for my Inauguration of the Pleasure dome.

Planet 6 - ammonia world - Federal cap ship and strike group under attack - Thargoids on scene

I went fa of and boosted round the wrecks to keep out of aggro range- think it was aware of me - not sure - got this crappy screenshot of him "looting" the feds before it warped out.

Yep, I didn`t fire as I was in an unarmed cutter, but I was trying to have a look in it`s cockpit window for a gawk. A bit of a TopGun manoeuvre, needles to say they got peeved and let loose their little piranha, at which point the G5 DD`s did their job and I put some distance between us and then it jumped away.

The threat 5 non-human signal sources seem to be dead easy to find - one appeared straight away when I entered the Pleiades sector, and again in the next system.

For reference, I have never carried an unknown artefact (only rammed them to bits to get Unknown Fragments for Palin!), never encountered an unknown probe, never visited a thargoid base and never been hyperdicted.

Yeah they definitely attack unprovoked these ones but we are on the system where AEGIS attacked unprovoked so...

Going to get my Anaconda
