I don't know the full extent, but, it seems the tick was a partial one. INF didn't change, States did change & conflicts were not processed.

edit: Oh.. and FDev is aware.

Ah got ya, I do know that some PMF's got added yesterday. Maybe that's part of the reason.

A few new PMFs get added every couple of days so probably not that.

Yeah the states have changed, but no influence update again. I hate to think our BGS work for the last two/three days will go to waste.
