Looks like there has been at least a partial tick this evening. Some influence levels have changed, but States have not. So e.g. if you had a War in progress on Friday that Faction B were winning 3-0, the influences are now updated as if the War had ended, with e.g. Faction A on 10% & Faction B on 20% , but the War is still Active.
Hopefully a full tick tomorrow will also update the States. If not this will get a bit messy.

Some but not all. I checked on a handful of systems I've been monitoring recently - two had updated influence, three others were still at the stuck value. Perhaps as expected ... if the behavior is of a work queue that got hung up on an unexpected state, perhaps kicking it caused it to immediately finish processing the items remaining in the queue, and we'll get a normal full run in a few hours at the usual time. One can hope anyway!

But on the bright side it now seems to be back to normal.Since Friday, my faction has expanded, it was written in the news that the faction has extended its influence to another system, but when I flew into this system, I did not find my faction there. At the moment, my faction is not yet in this system. It looks like all my efforts were wasted.
Our faction didn't find that to be the case unfortunately, we spend many hrs working the BGS Friday night and it doesn't reflect what we would gain in infuence. But it did reflect yesterday's work, but only FDev knows what happened
Same here, I think this is the case with many others too. I hope there are some retrospective resolutions.
no, as said, that test system of mine has no influence change (not yesterday night, not today); last action friday night.
We have the same issue. Managed 75% at 3306-09-30 and got expansion state from 3306-10-05. We have faction news screenshot that our faction expanded there but it is lost now.
