That happens but no, I do not want confirmation dialog, it would grow tedious fast.
This actually could be quite handy if it was a configurable option. 2 reasons:
1.
Every now and again VoiceAttack throws a wobbler...usually when docked.
Room is silent, apart from the slight whir of old pc fan bearings (being replaced when Overclockers get my order shipped after 6 weeks!!!)
Then within 1 second VA does:
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Something something dark side")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Mouse")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Mouse")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Something something mouse")
BLEEP BLOP. Command not recognised. ("Lets go out")
BLEEP BLOP. Command recognised. ("LAUNCH")
At best this is very annoying as it will launch you while you doing other things...at worst you're AFK and the station makes your ship pop after you fail to move away from the pad (thankfully this hasn't happened but I was 5 seconds away from being toast a month or so ago)
The only way to "fix" this is to close and restart VoiceAttack. I can't find anything on the web that explains why VA is having a meltdown
2.
Navigating menus almost becomes muscle memory after a while. Every now and again when I dock I go 1 hat switch down to "Station Services" and click, but ED does a double down so when you click you're on "Launch"...when I clearly didn't click down twice.
Anyways, having a confirm launch
option would be very handy.
