They never goin' to destroy me!
I myself am apt at destroying myself way before the Thargoids by crashing into asteroids while FA-off boosting away from the torus attack, crashing into Titan trying to get into the safe spot so the angry swarm can't get to me or somehow inadvertently switching my pips to 2-4-0 from 0-4-2 and overheating my ship to 400% while bombing the pineapple

Put those Caustic sinks in the same firegroup and button, and eject them with one move when the second one gets filled up.I follow the @Alec Turner method...

Although I am already runninng 2 Caustic sinks, (so I can always eject one, while filling the next, as lightweight Couriers lose about 1% hull a second) so I've usually got at least one more for the way out, and I can Silent run, Fire Beam, Boost to overheat and burn off the last, should you get that Caustic Sink Malfunction, that fires it off empty...

Does this really even qualify as a new ship kit? In order to get this one, you had to have gotten the old one, and the two are identical besides color. That's not new ship kit, that's a paint job. Is it really so hard to apply those same ship kit pieces to a different ship?
I'm not mad, really. I'm just demotivated and disappointed.
What a truly amazing guide . As a relatively "new" player myself , who has only very briefly delved into Thargoid stuff ONCE ( so far ) , i was debating whether or not to watch your video because i didn't want to spoiler things for myself too much.
But honestly, i just really appreciate the players like YOU & many others who take time to make videos/guides/tutorials , etc.

p.s. For someone like me who again has only done "endgame" Thargoids once so far , i'm sorta sad/concerned about how it seems like all this super cool fun challenging Thargoid variations of content is about to , well, END soon? Which means i'll never get to experience such tremendous triumphs ...other than watching videos like yours.
there are still two more titans which will take at least 2 months (likely more) to kill off, in the meantime fdev might come up with something for them to stay around. Log out in the Titan - when you log in you are outside the cloud.
What I do though is on last run when down to 20% or low on ammo, etc, shoot at the core and ram it also, but escape to the asteroids to get the Cr, then shoot at any Thargoids after you until you die quite quickly.
You respawn at last port/FC and is much much faster than getting out of cloud/escaping and jumping back to reload and repair - waste of time for me - YMMV.
