dude, it was not aimed at you particularly. there is confusion and mixing of these concepts in several posts in the discussion, and just pointing out: copyright and trademark are not the same thing, and copywrite is an entirely different thing altogether not even related to ip.

the only spelling error was mine with "copy right" as AJW kindly pointed out
