This is Calvinball. Do not make the mistake of thinking there is a "normal".

The tick appeared to happen at normal time or just slightly after. No delay from the patch from what I saw. Still around 1700 GMT.

Tick appears to have happened while 2.1.05 was implemented, so already done at 5.27 pm BST. Anyone's guess what time it will be tomorrow.

Except no influence shifts in any of the 5 systems for my MF. What's the point of putting in work if the BGS isn't going to update properly?

OK, tick occurred sometime this morning and influence finally updated. Results look as expected (maybe a touch less, but still a good uptick).

Not sure what happened, but things look OK.

The tick has been quite reliable since the thread has been started. Currently it's daily at about 15:00 UTC (ingame time). I guess you will only see new posts when something gets shifted again, so I'd recommend to simply subscribe the thread and don't bother as long as there's nothing new.
