Meanwhile the time of the tick shifted to around 11:30 GMT. But that's fine, no problems here.
No tick as of 12:00pm UTC, I suspect it may well be at 7:30pm UTC as that was when the servers returned yesterday.
Was just going to ask if anyone had seen any evidence.
Going to be a nuisance if that's the new time - right in the middle of play rather than ready for the start, but that's probably just me - I'll just have to get used to it.

Check your systems and those around you. We have found the systems we control haven't ticked yet ones we are present in but dont control have.
For me it is opposite? Only our controlled systems have ticked, the others where we have a presence seem stalled.

Still no tick here - I'd expect a delay by how much the servers were down for the patch (which I didn't time)

It because the fixed power play in the patch.. onlyone out of BGS and PP is allowed to work after an update
