Question: How to move the panels across the screen?
Answer: All panels could be moved by click+hold onto the panel name. For the Main UI, you have to select CONTROLS > PANEL to display the panel name. You can move it from the top to the bottom, if you like. The three bottom panels (Waypoint, Credit and Summary) could be also be moved to the top. They will adapt accordingly.
I think I must be missing something. Everything works great, but I can't seem to find how to move the main UI buttons to my second monitor. I can move the panels without issue. Clicking and dragging the main UI buttons has no effect. I've tried with the game running and without.
I see in the FAQ that the main UI you have to click "CONTROLS > PANEL to display the Panel name", but then I'm not sure what to do. The window that opens up only has Transparency, Panel Size and Font Size. Based on an earlier comment I though going into the negatives for panel size might flip it onto the next screen, but it doesn't go below 50.
Apologies if this has been cover somewhere before but I've been looking for the last 2 hour and haven't found an answer.

Hello everybody and welcome to the last dev update for the upcomming 1.4 version of TCE.
The last weeks I have done numberous tweaks and bugfixes to the new version and with the help of a journal creator tool, I has designed for TCE.
It allows me to simulate any events, that is covered by the journal, to make the release as soft as butter for you all or at least for me.
I plan to release a stable version at the end of this week, perhaps earlier, if all goes well. Today, I don't had much time to add last changes of the journal,
so I take care of this in the next two days, where more time is available. Because there are so much new content, I will release a beta version of TCE,
where you can participate, if you like, but it is required to have access to the ED 2.2 beta of course.
At last, I like to show you the pre-release changelog with all changes and additions so far, I created from the last version. Feel free to discuss.

Questions:
-Removed the selection of an unregistered market from the Market Database panel. It is now automatically selected, when adding an market.
So if I go to a place I’ve never been before, and hit ‘add location/market’ it will auto fill the market name, and I just have to put in the rest of info like before? Then if it’s not in unreg db, I just type in the name like currently?
-Added TCE-Relay price update button to the Launcher. Click it to update market prices by using online EDDB/EDDN data.
Couldn’t this result in importing data older than what you have? Or is it meant as a one time, on first TCE install kind of thing? Also should warn noobs that data is only as accurate as uploaded by users (not a pull from ED).

Yes! There are many, but not all, data available with the journal. Sadly FDev missed the opportunity to speak to us devs in asking, what is needed, instead of generating data, that isn't complete or consistent at all.

TCE-Relay will only update prices, that are more than 14 days old. You can do it every start, or every week, as you like.
All data uploaded to EDDB/EDDN are mostly generated by users using EDMC. So the data is normally as solid as you generate them.
Is it possible to display the header box on my second monitor rather than on the primary? I've moved all the windows, but there doesn't seem to be any that I can find to move the header portion.
I generally run all my extra stuff like voice attack etc. on the second monitor to keep to elite display uncluttered.

Using the Minimap with a SRV is sadly not possible, because FDev didn't writing the position data into the netlog, when driving, but when flying.
At least the map is usable when flying to a location on a planet, until the data is available through the log.
Great work on this. Installed and got it working with a minor issue, the over lay is behind my game window. Can't seem to bring it to the front. Probably an easy solution, anyone care to share?
I've installed this and got it working, great work. Really great work. I am having an issue with the overlay, in game though. The over lay is behind the game, I can't bring it to the front!
Oh and just an FYI, You should change the default install directory from C:\TCE. MS increased the security around folders created in the root of C: in Windows 8.1, and even more so in Windows 10.

Please play Elite in "Borderless Window" mode (see Graphical options), let TCE start until it's fully loaded, after that start Elite, this should work.
Is there any way or special configuration to make TCE work with the currently running 2.2 beta? I know the markets are totally different for the beta and (I think) not linked to the EDDB, but currently TCE is not even reading my location correctly (shows me in Maanen Dock/Namon sys, while I'm at Shen Terminal, Guuguyni sys). I have copied and backed up my TCE data folders so to keep my Beta and release game data separate.
Any info you can share will be greatly appreciated!

I have to ask, if you have changed the ED version or path at the launcher of TCE to the beta version or path of ED?
Otherwise TCE can't find your position within the beta.
In addition, EDMC will not work, when using the beta of ED, because it is linked to the non-beta version.
TCE 1.40 will be released with the beta5 of ED. So stay tuned.
First, a big thanks to you Eventure, this piece of software is a little gem !
I used to operate TCE II back in the 1.0 days, and haven't played much Elite since. I've re-downloaded everything (didn't even bother converting my old DB), but my TCE experience is ruined by a lot of exceptions like this one : http://imgur.com/a/eGncg .
Any hints of what I could have done wrong ? I can translate the french sentences if needed, although I image its standard .NET exceptions which one can figure out quite easily.

Your comment on the path of launcher clued me in. What I did was duplicate my EDTCE folder and rename one to non-beta backup, which I will swap backto main folder after beta or whenever I want to play main game. As for installation, I couldn't get the downloaded ED launcher to not crash on installation into it's own folder, then I tried installing the beta files from my normal Steam-based launcher and that worked. So all I had to do to redirect TCE was change the game path folder in it's launcher to point to the Products/Public_Test_Server64 folder specifically and now all is working properly.
I didn't see a note of it on your most recent changelog notes but I have a function suggestion for you that many people may find very useful once 2.2 Guardians does finally release:
In the Credits tab, somehow add a Commission multiplier that would automatically subtract an entered % (your crew's commission) from each data entry in certain fields. Perhaps add a modifier that allows you to choose whether to apply the commission multiplier or not to certain values. So far I've noticed that each Crew member gets their own fixed percentage from all profits on Missions and Passenger runs, a commission on the profit only (not from total sale) of all commodities sales where you bought the commodity in one place and sold at another, and also a commission on the full-price sale of commodities that were not purchased such as rewards from missions. I do not yet know about mining sales, but since those items were not purchased at a market I assume that the crew commission is applied to the total sale value of the mined materials just as with the rewarded commodities.
Currently I have to have my calculator on my side screen and have to multiply all of my profits or mission rewards by the 9% (X * 0.09 or X * 0.91) for my single Compentent crew member. It's a bit of a hasssle but something I could end up dealing with, though I hope some kind of function to handle this will be added to TCE.
