Re done this again just now and for what ever reason its now imported and showing up as expected. Very odd but im happy at least its worked now.

That is okay, no problem with your database, it worked as designed. The state filter showing all systems with the selected filter and with a higher state of knowledge.
So if you select, for example the "Visited" filter, all unvisited systems are excluded from the list.
If you select "Scanned" as the filter, all systems with an unvisited and visited state are excluded and so on.
Secondly, changing a system to a state, which should not listed, because of the filter, was removed for the appropriate system.
It will apply to the filter, if you changing the filter setting again, or the list is updated by other processes.
This prevents a reset (jumping back to the top entry on every change) of the list to update the entries.
I made a fresh Version 1 install since my 9.9.9. version refused to work after trying to ad Version 1.0 update files.
Made a fresh full Version 1.0 instead. MKI files converted fine, but I had to copy the MKII files over as eventure wrote.
All seem to work excellent now, and my flight log is up to date.
I will make a donation later on even if I donated for MKI.
This app really makes this game so much more more fun to play.

If the Mk.I import works, what you have copied? The import should integrate, if selected, into the new version and no manual copy is required. Or perhaps I misunderstood.

After I converted MKI I saw that my flight log ended January 13. After I copied and pasted MKII DB files, my flightlog is up to date again.

Finally got to start playing, way more time was spent setting up Elite, than installing Windows with everything I need on it.
TCE of course along with Voice Attack that has 18 profiles, all require some config after reinstalling. Plus I also had to spend around 40 minutes training Voice Recognition.

Thank you Eventure, for Mk2. Its the first time I use it since using the first version a few months ago, and its a lot better. Faster, more streamlined, great work!
My only problem is with the Waypoints, Credits and Summary menus, which appear far too high on my 1680 1050 monitor, and are too distracting. Is it possible to make an option to move them down somewhat?

hi if you click on the menus and then hold the mouse down at the top of the menu you just opened you can drag it where ever you want it ie summary could be at the very bottom if you desire.

When using the keyboard hotkeys to show panels I assume that when using the key for the second time to hide the panel the focus should go back to ED?
I currently use 3 hotkeys; NUM *, NUM - & NUM +
Focus is restored to ED when using NUM - but with NUM * and NUM + the focus remains with TCE meaning that I need to click to restore the focus to ED.
Referring to an earlier query did you manage to see if the size of the netlog file caused problems with TCE? I have had occasions when the netlog file size was 25Mb & 30Mb and caused an overflow error with TCE. If you look back in this thread you will see the screenshot & netlog file I posted.

Thanks for the info, added a focus switch to every hide panel action. The fix will come with the next update.
Yes, I fixed the issue of large netlog files, the overflow error will not happen anymore, fixed with the 1.0 version.

Also noticed that on planets some bases are classed as 'Planetary Port' and others as 'Planetary Outpost'. Seems to be that the smaller ones are outposts.

A look into your database could be helpful too. Send it to eventure(at).ki.tng.de, if you like. Also the EDMC_data folder, if the error is reproducable.

I am trying TCE MkII now, but I am not so lucky this time.
I have followed the installation instructions and have done the config setup.
I have not yet imported my MkI database, just using the default one for now.

I have an error just after I start TCE MkII. I can see the progress bar moving to the right, as it loads and just past the half way I get the following errors.
Error line 23, error line 24 and error line 26 keep on cycling as I press "Enter"
To kill TCE I have to use Task Manager.
Before I have format and reinstalled windows I have had this error and now after the reinstall of windows the same error shows up.

Hello,
the errors you experience have to do with the netlog file. Please check first, if the path is correctly set within the launcher configuration.
Perhaps you can post/upload your netlog file for a check. A screenshot of your configuration could also help.
