Yeah, my guess would be that it's "done enough" for me when the auto destination changes/updates. I just don't want to click on trade to see prices until i KNOW they've been updated in the db. So for now, I'm just waiting until it says 'completed' and the countdown restarts.
I have found that clicking NAVIGATION no longer seems to be slow when the update is processing though. Although I have left a station before it has finished, which Does indicate it's a tad slower than previously.
Summary Panel, last visit time stamp for stations is updating incorrectly. When moving through a system you've already registered the station "LAST UPDATE" time stamp is for that entry time/date. Which should not be updated as I haven't visited them, I'm just passing through. The time stamp in the NAVIGATION panel is correct though. As can be seen in this image.
Also, and I know this has already been asked for, BROKER NETWORKS, I'll pay you to add this to the SERVICES list. Pretty Please. [up]
It's probably not in the Journal Logs, I don't know. I know it's not available at EDDB. So that being the case the option could be set to NONE as default and then can be manually changed if required or want to add it.?
I have noticed with 1.4.4. that when I dock at a station, and it auto connects, everything runs fine, but the "storing" phase now takes 35-40 sec, where before, I'd swear it took 3 or 4 sec. I'm running TCE/ED/EDMC on a SSD on my c drive if that matters.
Also want to say thanks for the option to set 'summary' panel pop up time.
Yes, it requires more time now, because of the outfitting data are checked now properly, if a new item to TCE is found. But the next update will speed things up, because the check is now processed in ten parallel threads, cutting the duration by about 80%.

Found the issue, will be fixed with the next version, and a Broker service will also be available!
But first, I have to find the other issues, you posted before...
I got this error box when starting TCE today. I hit continue and TCE finished starting. I will restart TCE and carry on.

Eventure TCE has been working well for me for months now, but this latest summary panel doesn't sit at the bottom of the screen like Cargo and Waypoints.
Using 1920 x 1080, Cargo sits at 570 x 755 Waypoints sits at 7 x 704. neither of which makes any sense when minimised.
No matter what I do with the Panel Position option, it either disapears over the top of the screen or off the bottom, anything you can do to assist please.

I'm using 1920x1200 and my summary coordinates for the bottom-right position is X 1329 and Y 300. So reducing Y by 120 should fit into your screen resolution.
The X/Y value referring to the opened panel, not when closed.
Please load into game before starting TCE. Issue will be fixed with the next version coming tomorrow.

Thanks for that, it was helped further with me restarting the panel, I set the Y in the end to 178 while closed, as long as I use the hide button at the top and nothing else it should work fine.

Mostly a problem of admin rights. If you have given TCE admin right's, remove them. If you have not given admin right's, give them. Play around and checkout also the EDMC.exe file (which TCE is using) at the ED Market Connector folder.
Changelog: - Added Broker service to the market services.
- Added new pictures for Outfitting and Shipyard services.
- Added increased performance by handling the outfitting database (reading and storing).
- Fixed an issue when starting TCE and ED is not fully loaded.
- Fixed some minor display issues to the Position display.
- Fixed an issue with the Region Summary, not displaying the proper value for unregistered markets in region range.
- Fixed some issues at processing unprocessed journal files and added increased preformance too.
- Fixed an issue with the startup position of the Camera panel.
- Fixed an rare issue, where the distance calculation to a market wasn't stopped when entering supercruise.
- Fixed an issue when restoring a backup at the Database window of the launcher.

Well that didn't work... thing is that when i updated to 1.4.3 all was fine. when i updated to 1.4.4 the problem occurd. Have tried running the progs as admin and not but still no joy. seems like TCE is not talking to EDMC. EDMC is working just fine.
1) I attempted to install the full version rather than UPGRADING and I got this error whilst TRANSFERRING the DB.
Continued the transferring process and then VERIFIED the DB and MARKET PRICES which showed only 1 ERRORED. So I then attempted to repair it, which it succeeded at, although now it's set to 0 MARKET PRICES, I then re VERIFIED it and then started TCE to check if there appears to be anything wrong and to test the importing of Journal Files.
Upon loading up TCE I now have no MARKET PRICES at all.
So I tried again, EXITED Google Drive just incase.
This time I didn't UPGRADE DB prior to transferring old DB as I did above, as I assumed it was due to the new BROKER NETWORK being added to the DB that obviously isn't in my old DB. Unfortunately that wasn't the cause of the problem as I still get the same error as above.
So I elected to install the UPDATE instead, which worked as expected.
2 Journals were processed successfully.
2) Upon clicking on a MARKET in the NAVIGATION/STAR SYSTEMS panel shows this error. No error seen when in MARKET PLACES TAB. And no information is shown in the summary box. Same error seen in REGIONAL SUMMARY panel, other panels are fine.

MOUSE ISSUE, is still happening at random times, but I've had it happening when either ED or TCE are NOT running, so it was just coincidence that it seemed to happen when TCE was processing.

Sorry, but TCE and EDMC doing well here, so the issue must be on your side. Try a reinstall of TCE/EDMC, firewall check, etc.
Remember, TCE using the EDMC.exe, not the EDMarketConnector.exe.

Updating Station Data when you're visiting a station you've previously recorded, doesn't complete the PROCESSING if/when you open the NAVIGATION panel before it's completed. Exiting TCE when it's stuck in PROCESSING mode, does not exit the application and it has to be killed manually. And in task manager when it's like this it's consuming 22% CPU - I'm not sure that's significant, as I'm not sure what other information you need?
When leaving TCE well alone whilst it's PROCESSING/STORING also takes ~30 seconds for previously REGISTERED stations. And I get two black boxes on the screen whilst processing. 1 for the EVENT REPORTER and 1 for the SUMMARY panel, but this doesn't happen every time.
EDIT: this is now happening when I'm travelling between star systems?
