Trapezium Sector DR-U c3-7 strange hissing signal (some kind of bug or not?)

Jumping into the Trapezium Sector DR-U c3-7 star system, we heard a hissing incoming transmission signal near the star itself. No visible signal sources found. In the star system, there is an ammonia world with ammonia-carbon forms of life.

Our steps are to intercept the signal again and try to record it:
1. Upon entering and immediately after exiting the FSS mode, the strange signal began to be received again.
2. Also immediately after exiting Surface Scanner mode.
3. When exiting and then entering cruise mode, the signal is no longer received.
4. The repeated return to the star system through the hyper cruise jump did not give any result.

Signal spectrogram

Conclusions and options:
1. Perhaps this is some kind of bug. (Most likely)
2. Some kind of spy firmware sends information about target star systems to some Shadow Sirius Со.
3. The strange signal deafens and blinds the sensors.
4. On the planets in the star system or in the surrounding space, there is some kind of covert repeater or scanner.

In any case, we will try to receive this signal again, and try to record it again. Perhaps someone has already encountered a similar one?

Have you guys had a second ship enter, to see if its unique per ship? Also not familiar with the spectograph, but what was the duration?

Several of our ships are on the way. They will try to receive this signal too, and if they do, they will try to record it better.

The signal duration is only a few seconds. The general spectrogram shows a square with a height from 3 to 17 - this is the spectrogram of the "hissing signal".

After several checks, we managed to find out that receiving the "hissing signal" is not a bug, but a random event and is not tied to a specific place. The "hissing signal" can be heard at the star, and when exiting the cruise mode at the station, as in the "Bubble", and very far away.
Most likely this signal was intercepted by many pilots and it is well known. In any case, we will try to decrypt it at our leisure, if something is encrypted in it, or if the signal has not yet been decrypted by someone.
