According to https://coriolis.io/ it's the 7th least agile ship in the game. But if you engineer the hell out of anything that number changes a bit. Still, I'd rather have a medium ship that can move around a bit more, instead. The T-7 is one of the most agile ships from medium and up in the game. Not very fast (but boosts about 400 though) - but agile. Maneuverability is top notch. One of the very best yaw speeds in the game. It may look like a brick but it doesn’t fly like one.
And just so you know I use a Beluga for deep core mining, and it’s great. Quite fast (285/400) and good maneuverability - and that huge windscreen is great when looking for fissure asteroids. I can’t fly between the asteroid parts - but I don’t have to. I shoot the bits with the blaster just fine from the edge. And I can throw that huge ship around the asteroids very easily and fast and place the charges. On top of that it can carry a lot of cargo and still have a good jump range. I have earned about 1.5 billion with it, and it’s been a lot of fun [yesnod].
Semi-related note: I've noticed Painite has gone way up in price. How's mining that with the Beluga, or a conda? The lack of mobility but insane cargo space for a conda seems like old school mining in a painite hotspot might be kinda badass.
