"The Magnificent gladiator" Which of course is a reference to Orion. Combine that with another anagram of the same word sent and you get "come on and ride it (the train)". Which is kind of what it looks like Orion is doing in the sky (from earth that is). So.... I... The train left the station.... Where was I going with this?

I had just finished messing around with planetary missions in Cubeo. I couldn't finish it so I abandoned the mission and started exiting the planet but got distracted by reddit. Couple minutes later, I check back on Elite and I got a notification, the Eye with that message.

This particular nebula surrounding the Pleiades is actually called the Merope Nebula (I looked it up).

According to Wikipedia it's called the Maia Nebula - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleiades (second paragraph).

picked up another UA and took it to Merope and recorded it. I just noticed that 3 of the 8 purr sequences are exactly the same as one I recorded 2 days ago, elsewhere. What are the odds of that?

Maybe the Canonn should put out a call on Galnet, asking for some on the (NPC) pilots who have seen these things to come forward with a LITTLE more detail. For example, knowing we can spot them from orbit, or need to be in flight or lower, or knowing if they show in an SRV's scanners would be huge. It's a little silly we don't even know HOW to look.
