I'm afraid not - the nebula that they can be found in relates to their origin and I can't talk about that.

Could the type of nebula be a clue? Its a Reflection Nebula.

On the marking - I'm not convinced it looks like Barnards loop, and if it does it's only from a certain direction that there would be that resemblance. Having said that...
If you go in galmap and look at only class B's like Merope there is a trail of them that lead to Barnard's loop.
Michael's comment about the 'nebula' (singular) they can be found in being linked to their origin is difficult (especially after the 'good thinking' comment that led everyone away from Merope) - could he have meant the OTHER nebula they can be found in, or does he mean that they are ONLY found in the Pleaides. Michael - care to comment?
Why would that prevent you from going?
Well don't come on and tell the rest of us that it's obvious then! And I know perfectly well the scale of it thank you very much!
By reading way too much into this I would say that this means that aside from the Pleiades they appear in exactly one other nebula.I'm afraid not - the nebula that they can be found in relates to their origin and I can't talk about that.

Barnard's loop is, for the most part, close to the "edge" of the galaxy. So it would look similar to how we see it from earth, from a very wide swath.
secondly, and ive said this before, the path of stars leading to barnard's loop is likely just inaccuracy in plotting distance of known stars from earth, in real life. since many stars in the game are based on real star catalogs, that inaccuracy made it into the game. if you look close I think the "trail" points to earth. TL;DR: if you could go there in real life, it would be a blob, not a trail.
We have an Unknown Artifact at the Barnacle sight.
Nothing special seems to be happening. Typical glitter floats around the UA while it makes the typical sounds.
Need some idea. What tests can we try? It's been dropped directly on, and right next to the barnacle. That's it so far. It's been recaptured and stored for safety.
