Is the probe pointing you in a consistent direction, either when it kicks you to the side or adjusts you immediately afterwards? Might be worth seeing what's off that way if so.
Are you available for further testing? I have a list of tests:
Alternate scanners:
- Cargo
- With/Without Detailed scanner?
- Wake
Alternate between combinations of having UA UP / Meta alloys in hold
- Test UP with UA in hold more than one UA in hold
- Test UA? with UP in hold or UA in hold
- Test Barnacle with items in hold etc
Test with other people nearby what ships get affected does range/size matter?

AWESOME again, I did it again, but from far away this time, and you can see the Electromagnetic Wave Bubble expanding from the UP.
I'm taking it on Merope 5c now, and then I'll do it near a station, to see if it shut down as well. I suspect the UA is needed to achieve the effect
